Aches, pains, and cramps – oh my! This lavender compress will come to the rescue. Heat or cool the compress to relax tension and place wherever some TLC is needed. The compress is filled with dried Ontario lavender (Lavandula x intermedia) buds and flax seed, making it feel as good as it smells.

Dried lavender buds hold essential oil. Over time the oil (and aroma) release. The more you move around the lavender, the more scent it will release (and eventually fade), but the compress should smell lovely for about a year.
