Shipping policy

We ship through Canada Post, UPS or Purolator. Orders are packed within a week of being placed. It typically takes these companies 3-5 business days to deliver orders to their destination. It can take longer if you live outside of Ontario or Quebec.

If you’re in a rush to receive your order, send an email to stephanie@tullamorelavender; we will let you know if the timeline is possible.

Our current flat rate shipping fees are:

• $15 for Ontario and Quebec addresses
  
• $25 for all other provinces and territories
• Free shipping across Canada on orders $150+

We only ship within Canada; sorry international friends! And, at this time, we can only ship our culinary products within Ontario.

Delivery 

If you live within 20km of our farm, we offer contactless delivery on orders $25+. You'll see this as an option at Checkout after entering your mailing address. Once we receive your order, we will contact you via email to arrange the delivery.
