Blueberry Lavender Hot Sauce

Erik at Sorry Sauce has made something pretty special with our lavender + his homegrown hot peppers.

This mild hot sauce combines our Royal Velvet culinary lavender with local blueberries from the Guelph Farmers Market and a handful of lemons in a base of Aji White Fantasy Peppers and his own exclusive Aji Pology peppers. 

The flavour is complex, starting with blueberry and ending with notes of lavender.
