Lavender Field Concession Menu

Steve and I love food + drink. Like a lot. We love exploring new flavours both in our own kitchen + while eating out. In fact, Steve always says his favourite food is whatever he hasn't tried before.

Part of why we wanted to open our farm up to the public was to showcase lavender as a culinary ingredient. We think it has superpowers:

  • it can make drinks + treats taste sweeter, without adding additional sugar
  • it adds floral, minty + peppery notes
  • just a 1/2 tsp can make an everyday recipe taste new + exciting

ANYWAYS, all of this is to say, we love sharing the world of culinary lavender with our visitors via our Lavender Field Concession. We offer TLC-made options + options from other local makers (both with and without lavender). We think there is something exciting for everyone.

To help plan your visit (and get you excited!), we're sharing our our 2026 menu here.

Cheers!

xo,
Stephanie
